Our Story
Starting in 2026, Apex Junk Removal expands on the strong foundation built by Apex Exterior Services. Founded in 2022 and based in Somerset County, New Jersey, Apex Exterior Services began as Apex Washing alongside Apex Lawn Care and Apex Snow Removal before merging into one full service exterior company. What started during senior year at Bridgewater Raritan Regional High School has grown into a trusted, student run business known for reliable communication, high quality work, and customer satisfaction.
Now, with the launch of Apex Junk Removal, we are bringing that same level of professionalism and dependability into the junk removal industry. Serving both residential and commercial clients, our team handles everything from single item pickups to full property cleanouts while prioritizing responsible disposal, recycling, and donation. As we continue to grow throughout Central New Jersey, our goal remains the same to provide reliable service and make the process as easy and stress free as possible for every customer.
MEET THE OWNERS
Apex Exterior Services was founded by Chris Geremia and Kenny Benson, whose entrepreneurial journey began during their senior year of high school in 2022. From the start, both owners shared a strong work ethic and a hands-on mindset, learning the business by doing the work themselves and taking pride in delivering consistent, high-quality results.
What began as small exterior service jobs quickly grew as they expanded their skill sets and service offerings. Through hands-on experience in power washing, lawn care, snow removal, and seasonal property maintenance, Chris and Kenny developed a clear understanding of what homeowners and businesses value most, reliable communication, attention to detail, and a company they can trust year after year.
Rather than limiting the company to a single service, the owners built Apex Exterior Services around an all-in-one model. This approach allows customers to work with one dependable company for all their exterior needs throughout the year, making property maintenance simpler and more efficient.
While continuing to grow the business, both owners also pursued higher education. Chris Geremia attended Rutgers University, bringing a disciplined and forward-thinking perspective to the company, while Kenny Benson attends The College of New Jersey, remaining actively involved in daily operations and customer relations.
